Description:
Are you a student struggling with perfectionism, fear of failure, performance pressure or a feeling of being overwhelmed?
In our ACT group (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), you can learn new ways to cope with stress, difficult thoughts, emotions, and challenging behaviours. Together, we’ll practice mindfulness, share our experiences, and discover what matters to you in life. The goal is to gain more inner freedom and to shape your studies and life according to your own values—even when things get challenging.
You can look forward to a supportive non-judgemental atmosphere. There will be practical exercises, group discussions, and helpful ideas for your everyday life.
All you need is curiosity and a willingness to try out new experiences!
A one time counselling session is needed if you are new to the counselling center
Participants: Group of 6-12 people
