Everyday life is often dynamic: to-do lists grow longer, and external demands continue to increase. Whether it’s university, starting a career, or the general challenges of daily life, mental strain is part of everyday life for many people.
This is where resilience comes in: it can be understood as the “immune system of the mind,” helping us remain stable during turbulent times, respond flexibly to challenges and crises, and emerge from difficult experiences stronger.
This workshop introduces the concept of resilience and explores how to integrate greater resilience into everyday life. The focus is on evidence-based approaches that are practical, easy to understand, and immediately applicable in real-life situations.
